Virginia Kundrat

Ginny Kundrat has been a member of the CSO horn section since 1992.  She earned degrees in music and in chemistry, and feels privileged to have worked in both fields.  Ginny taught chemistry and physics courses at Carmel High School for 23 years, and worked as a chemist prior to that.  She has enjoyed playing the horn with the orchestra and in smaller chamber groups.  Her horn instructors were Melanie Kocher and Norm Hannewald.

In her spare time, she enjoys unraveling genealogy mysteries, knitting, and doing volunteer work.
