Dr. Joerg Schreiber holds a Ph.D. in physics from Giessen University, Germany, specialized in biophysics and was a post doc at the National Institute for Environmental Health Sciences in Research Triangle Park, NC, USA.
He worked for Roche Diagnostics developing products for Diabetes Management, then created a Consulting Firm, White Arrow Consulting, and founded several start up companies.
He is an Associate Professor at Purdue University Indianapolis where he teaches engineers how to develop new products.
He was a board member of the Center for Enterprise Leadership at the Boston University and the Connectivity Industry Consortium, was Chairman of the Indiana Health Industry Forum and holds several other board positions in professional, civic, and art organizations, where he continues to work in an interdisciplinary context.
Having grown up in Germany, music was an important part of his life from early on. He has played in chamber music ensembles and orchestras for more than fifty years. Today, he is a member of the cello section of the Carmel Symphony Orchestra and enjoys the opportunity to play with other excellent musicians in venues such as the Palladium.
