Kris Zaloudek

Kris Zaloudek has been a violinist in the Carmel Symphony Orchestra for 23 years. Outside of the CSO, she volunteers extensively in her community, including teaching English as a Second Language to adults and serving at the Grace Care Center food pantry. For 10 years, she led the Westfield High School Invisible Strings orchestra club, as Westfield does not offer an orchestra program in the school district. She wanted young people to have the opportunity to be part of a string ensemble and to “play for the love of music.” She also taught private violin lessons for many years. Her favorite CSO performance was the Concert in the Quarry because of the unique concert venue at the bottom of the Martin-Marietta Quarry.
